Wavoiq only accesses your WhatsApp Business account, Telegram bot, and any other connected platform after you explicitly authorize it — through the official Meta / Telegram sign-in and permission flows. We never obtain access to these accounts without your direct, informed consent, and you can revoke that access at any time.

When you connect a channel, Wavoiq acts as a technology provider that sends and receives messages on your behalf.

5. Meta API Permissions

Wavoiq integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and requests only the permissions necessary to provide the Service, such as whatsapp_business_management and whatsapp_business_messaging. By connecting through Meta's official Embedded Signup / login flow, you explicitly grant these permissions.

Account and connected-channel data is retained while your account is active. After account closure, we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and financial record-keeping.
