Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Wavoiq platform (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by Wiseway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscription Billing
Wavoiq is offered on recurring subscription plans (for example monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly billing cycles) and, where offered, one-time credit purchases. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle through our authorised payment partners.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by writing to [email protected].
- On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. It will not renew for the next cycle, and you will not be charged again.
- Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current cycle (see Section 3).
3. Refunds
Because Wavoiq provides digital services and consumable usage credits that are made available to you immediately, fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated below:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription cycle, or charged in error due to a technical fault, the excess amount will be refunded in full.
- Service non-delivery: If a paid feature is completely unavailable due to a verified fault on our side for a sustained period, and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period.
- Unused credits: Purchased usage credits that have not been consumed may, at our discretion, be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not provide cash refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from your registered email address with your account details, the transaction/invoice ID, and the reason for the request. We review every request individually.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval. Once initiated, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date above.
